There is no manned reception desk in any apartment, therefore, we would kindly ask you to inform us about your approximate arrival time. If you arrive before or after the specified hours at check in, please contact us in advance.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservations can be made online: via our booking service or email. Any doubt feel free to contact us at the telephone numbers listed below.

Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you an email with your booking reference number and the terms and conditions. The number of guests originally specified in the reservation must coincide with the occupants of the room. There presence of an adult aged over 18 is required.

In order to confirm a booking, we ask for a deposit (% of the total amount of your stay) fully refundable depending on the selected cancellation policy.

Prices include all the items specified in the description of the apartment, as well as electricity, heater and water expenses. No extra fees will be charged on arrival, except the ones specified in the selected extras or those that must cover damages caused to property.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

BASIC 15 DAYS
The guest can cancel free of charge until 15 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel in the 15 days before arrival. For cancellations same day of arrival or no-show total price of the reservation will be charged.
In order to confirm your booking we ask for a 30% deposit fully refundable according to the chosen cancellation policy.

NON REFUNDABLE
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.

AREA 30 DAYS
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. For cancellations same day of arrival or no-show total price of the reservation will be charged.

AREA 15 DAYS
The guest can cancel free of charge until 15 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 15days before arrival. For cancellations same day of arrival or no-show total price of the reservation will be charged.

48HCOVID
The guest can cancel free of charge until 48hours before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 1 day before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
